Shipping policy

Alberta and Saskatchewan 

Free Shipping and Handling is available on all orders over $99 (before taxes) within the city limits of Edmonton, St-Albert, Leduc, Beaumont and Sherwood Park. A flat rate of $14.99 applies to orders under $99. For areas outside of Edmonton, a shipping fee of $19.99 applies to all orders. Additional rates may apply to heavy items. Shipping amount will present itself in your shopping cart upon entering your postal code.

Final amounts are calculated when we key in your physical ship to address in Canada Post along with the weight, box size, and location. If any order exceeds a typical Expedited Premium Shipping and Handling amount, you may be subject to additional shipping fees. In this case, we will personally contact you with your final shipping rate for your authorization before proceeding. We reserve the right to change the free shipping threshold without notice during certain sales events.  

Northwest Territories, Nunavut and Yukon

A flat rate of $39.99 applies to all orders going to Northern Provinces and Territories. Shipping amount will present itself in your shopping cart upon entering your postal code. Additional rates may apply to heavy items.

Free In-Store Pickup

Free Pick-up In-Store is available at all Edmonton, St-Albert, Leduc, Sherwood Park, Spruce Grove, and Lloydminster Locations. 

You will receive an order confirmation letting you know your order is being prepared. Once ready, you will receive a follow up email informing you that your order is ready for pickup along with contact information.

Please do not arrive at the store for your order until you have received confirmation either by email or phone that your order is ready.

We reserve the right to ask for Identification upon pick up so we can validate the order and credit card used to make the purchase. If identification does not match the billing or shipping address on the order, you may be asked to present the physical credit card the order was placed with so we can match the last 4 digits of the card with that of the order.

Deliveries of Orders worth Over $500

For orders over $500 CAD, a signature from either the person who placed the order or a predesignated authorized person at the residence, over the age of 18, will be required at the time of delivery. Arrangements to be made in advance between the store and the recipient to ensure the successful delivery of goods. If the recipients is not home, the delivery driver will return the order to the originating store.
