High Tech

No one goes to the gym to wander around and pretend to be doing something (well some do, but this isn’t about them). Rather, the goal is to push yourself to the limits of what you can do, to explore what you don’t know about yourself, and to come back, faster and stronger, to do it again and again and find the limits of what you can achieve.
